Crimes against journalists

the 2nd of November was designated as the international day to end impunity for crimes against journalists.by a 2013 UN resolution. It records the fact that from 2006- 2014 680 journalists have been killed
This year.The United Nations organised a panel discussion. The webcast can be viewed online

The United Nations also released a background paper Prevent and punish in search of solutions to fight violence against journalists. The main website has resolutions resource guides and statements from key organisations.
